How does the buying process work, step by step?

1. You contact us via social media, our website, WhatsApp, or a referral from a past client. 2. We explain the full process and you tell us the car you want: brand, model, year, color, engine size, fuel type, options, and any special requests. 3. We start searching for free. When you find a car you like, we collect a $200–300 deposit so our inspector can travel to inspect it in person. 4. We inspect the car: 50+ photos and 5 videos covering the body, underbody, and engine bay, plus a paint-depth reading and the accident/mileage history. 5. If the car matches what we described, you proceed. If the inspection reveals significant issues, we keep searching until we find one that fits. 6. The car is booked in your name, and export documents are issued directly to you. 7. You transfer payment officially from any bank within 3 days to our company account in Korea. 8. We buy the car, hold it at our own stock yard in Korea, then containerize and ship it. 9. We notify you 3–10 days before arrival, collect any balance, and hand over the car, documents, and keys on delivery.

Is there a service fee?

There is no service fee for searching. The $200–300 deposit is not a fee — it covers the inspector's travel costs (fuel, road tolls, meals) when inspecting a car in another city, and it is deducted from the final price. For example, if the agreed price is $10,000, the contract states $10,000 and the invoice shows $9,800 (the $200 deposit is already applied).

What happens to my deposit if the car turns out worse than described?

We tell you the car's approximate condition in advance. If we expect 1–2 painted or replaced panels and the inspection confirms that, the car matches and you proceed. If the inspection reveals more (for example 4–5 painted panels or 2–3 replacements), we keep searching for a better car. Depending on the situation, the deposit can be refunded or kept toward the next inspection.

How are the cars inspected?

Every car gets an in-person inspection by our inspector: 50+ photos and 5 videos of the body, underbody, and engine bay, a paint-depth reading to detect repainted panels, and a check of the accident and mileage history, which Korea documents well. You see all of this before you commit.

Whose name is the car registered in?

The car is booked and the export documents are issued directly in your name, based on your passport or ID. This means the export paperwork belongs to you from the start.

Payment is made officially through any bank, within 3 days, to our company's account in Korea (Carify LLC). Once the funds arrive, we pay for the car in full and bring it to our stock yard.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the route. Via China, roughly 35–50 days. Via Poti (Georgia), roughly 95–115 days. The route is chosen based on your needs.

How much does delivery cost?

It varies by destination. Approximate examples: the Poti → Baku final segment is around $350 (this is the final leg, not the entire Korea → Baku cost). Kazakhstan runs around $2,000 and about 2 months. Russia: Vladivostok around $1,000 and roughly 3 days; Moscow around $3,600 and roughly 2 months. On top of delivery, your country's customs duty applies (based on engine size, age, and fuel type), and EAEU countries also apply a recycling fee.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We export across the CIS and Europe — including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Germany, Albania, and Kosovo.

Where do you source the cars?

From Korea's main platforms: Encar (the largest retail marketplace), KB Chachacha, and Heydealer. For auction stock (Lotte, Glovis, K Car), a registered agent is required to bid.

How do I know the car hasn't been in an accident or flooded?

Korea documents accident and insurance history well — it's the local equivalent of a vehicle history report. We pull this for every car, and a report showing zero accident claims rules out the two real risks: hidden accident repairs and flood-damaged cars. We verify it before you pay.

Vehicle Purchase Process

Step 1: Office Visit and Contract Signing

When the client visits our office, we welcome them and explain our services in detail. The client reviews the contract terms, and once agreed, both parties sign the contract.

Step 2: Payment for Services and Car Search

After the client pays the designated service fee, we begin searching for a car matching their requirements. When a suitable car is found, detailed information is provided to the client.

Step 3: Car Inspection and Presentation

Carify LLC team in Korea performs a full on-site inspection: body, underbody, and engine bay, a paint-depth reading, and the car's official accident history. The client receives 5 videos and more than 50 photos. In addition, we provide computer diagnostics of the vehicle as a free service for our clients.

Step 4: Car Reservation and Payment

The inspection materials and official documents are presented to the client. If the client approves the car, it is reserved in the buyer's name, and the export documents are issued directly in the buyer's name. Payment is made by bank transfer within 3 business days based on the official invoice.

Step 5: Car Delivery to Parking Center and Export Documents

As soon as the payment reaches our company's account in Korea, the car is paid for in full and brought to our own 60-car yard in Korea. All documentation and preparation procedures are completed here before shipment.

Step 6: Preparing the Car for Export

Within 14 business days from the purchase date, the car is preparing for shipment. There are two ways to deliver the buyer, with a container or RoRo (Roll on, Roll off).

Step 7: Car Delivery

The client is notified 3-10 days before the car arrives in the destination country. Any remaining balance is paid at this stage, and the exact handover date and location are provided.

Step 8: Customs Clearance

The client approaches the customs clearance point with identification documents to receive the car and begin the customs clearance process.
